Currency Calculator dialog box

The Currency Calculator dialog box allows project managers to set currency conversion rates for use in Project Analyzer. These equivalencies are used to update the values displayed in Project Analyzer when you select different currencies.

The Currency Calculator dialog box is only available for multi-currency databases. If your database has not been set up for multiple currencies, you will not see this option.

How to access this dialog box

Click the Home tab in the ribbon bar, then click Currency Calculator in the Other section.

Field	Description
Currency Value Fields	The unit value of the currency. Enter the appropriate values in each field to set the currency conversion rate. Initial conversion rates are imported from the accounting system.
Currency Fields	This drop-down list displays the list of currencies available in Project Analyzer. This list is imported from the accounting system. Select the appropriate currencies from the drop-down lists.
