Allocate Employees to a Phase

You can allocate employees to a phase by dragging and dropping them to a Phase.

To allocate employees to a phase:

  1. On the Plan tab, in the Details pane, find the employee you want to add to a phase.
    You can search using Employee Name or Role.
  2. Drag and drop the employee from the Employee pane to the phase you want to allocate them to.

Next steps

After you drag an employee to a phase, you can change the mode to total budget or weekly (i.e. weekly is 20 hours/week over the phase schedule 11/1/19-1/1/20).
