Allocate Employees to a Phase
You can allocate employees to a phase by dragging and dropping them to a Phase.
To allocate employees to a phase:
- On the Plan tab, in the Details pane, find the employee you want to add to a phase.
You can search using Employee Name or Role. - Drag and drop the employee from the Employee pane to the phase you want to allocate them to.
Next steps
After you drag an employee to a phase, you can change the mode to total budget or weekly (i.e. weekly is 20 hours/week over the phase schedule 11/1/19-1/1/20).
