When selected, this option restricts the project list to only those projects that are marked Active in the accounting system.

If the user does not have access to inactive projects, this option is disabled and only active projects are displayed. User project access is set in the Security tab of System Configuration.

When selected, this option restricts the project list to only those projects for which the current user is identified as the PM, PIC, or the Supervisor in the financial system.

If the user only has access to their own projects, this option is disabled and only the user's projects are displayed. User project access is set in the Security tab of System Configuration.

Type a value in this field to filter the project list to display only those projects in which the project listing contains the string of characters entered.

If an exclamation point ! precedes the text, the filter will exclude projects containing the string of characters.

This option filters the project list to only display projects for a particular office. In single office environments this tool is not available.

Default value is set to the user’s office or All Offices if the user's office information is unavailable.

Sets the sort order for the projects list. The following options are available:

• By Project Name Asc. Sorts the list in ascending order by project name.
• By Project Name Desc. Sorts the list in descending order by project name.
• By Project Number Asc. Sorts the list in ascending order by project number.
• By Project Number Desc. Sorts the list in descending order by project number.

When the Opportunities section of the projects list is selected, the Project Number sort options are replaced by the option to sort By Client Name Asc or By Client Name Desc.

Select Show Hours to show the Hours columns in the Labor Budget and Time Analysis tabs.

Select Show Dollars to show the Amount columns in the Team, Tasks, Labor Budget, and Time Analysis tabs.

When you select Hide Filtered Rows, rows are hidden when a column filter causes them to be no longer included in the data grid. When this tool is not selected, rows are simply grayed out when a column filter causes them to be no longer included in the data grid.

The menu can be used to select the size of the text that is shown in the data grid and tabs.

Sets the currency type displayed in Project Analyzer data grids and charts. The following options are available:

• Project Currency. The overall currency set for the project in the accounting system.
• Billing Currency. The billing currency set for the project in the accounting system.
• My Currency. The currency set for the current user on the Employees tab in System Configuration.
• Specific Currency. A list of available currencies as imported from the accounting system.

The Currency drop-down list is only available for multi-currency databases.
