Import Assignments from Financial System dialog box

Use the Import Assignments from Financial System dialog box to load team assignments from the financial system resource plan for the project into the Project AnalyzerTeam tab.

 

How to access this dialog box

Click Import from Financials in the Team section of the ribbon bar Team tab.

 

Field	Description
Select a Plan to Import	Select a resource plan to import from the drop-down list. Values in the drop-down list come from the financial system.
Mark Existing Assignments for Deletion	Select this check-box if you want Project Analyzer to automatically mark any existing assignments on the Team tab for deletion. These assignments will be deleted when you save the changes to the Team tab after the import.
Apply	Click Apply to import the resource plan assignments.
