Import Consultants from Financial System dialog box

Use the Import Consultants from Financial System dialog box to load consultant assignments from the financial system resource plan for the project into the Reimb Consultants tab or the Non-Reimb Consultants tab.

How to access this dialog box

• Click Import from Financials in the Reimb Consultants section of the ribbon bar Reimb Consultants tab.
• Click Import from Financials in the Non-Reimb Consultants section of the ribbon bar Non-Reimb Consultants tab.

Item	Description
Select a Plan to Import	Select a resource plan to import from the drop-down list. Values in the drop-down list come from the financial system.
Mark Existing Consultants for Deletion	Select this check-box if you want Project Analyzer to automatically mark any existing assignments on the Reimb Consultants tab or Non-Reimb Consultants tab for deletion. These assignments will be deleted when you save the changes to the tab after the import.
Apply	Click Apply to import the resource plan consultant assignments.
