Multi-Edit dialog box
You can use the Multi-Edit dialog box to simultaneously make changes to multiple records on the Tasks tab or Team tab.
How to access this dialog box
Select at least one row from the data grid on the Tasks or Team tab, then click Multi-Edit in the ribbon bar.
Item | Description |
---|---|
Field to Change | The field to which changes will be made. The drop-down list values vary depending on the tab and the records selected. |
New Value |
The new value for the selected field. Depending on the field selected, it may be possible to select a value from the drop-down list or type an additional value. For example, Phase values can only be selected from the drop-down list; additional Hours values can be entered as needed. |
Apply | Click to apply the change to the selected records. The dialog box remains
open so that additional changes can be made to the same records. Click Close to close the dialog box. |
