Import Schedule from Financial System dialog box

The Import Schedule from Financial System dialog box allows you to load the project schedule from the financial system resource plan for the project into the Project Analyzer Schedule tab.

How to access this dialog box

Click Import from Financials in the Schedule section of the ribbon bar Schedule tab.

Step	Action
Select a Plan to Import	Select a resource plan to import from the drop-down list. Values in the drop-down list come from the financial system.
Clear Existing Project Schedule	Select this check-box if you want Project Analyzer to automatically clear any project schedule entries on the Schedule tab. These entries will be deleted when you save the changes to the Schedule ab after the import.
Apply	Click Apply to import the project schedule.
