Team Roles Tab
Use Team Roles tab to provide a list of project team roles in the Team Role column on the Team tab in Project Analyzer.
The list can be pre-populated with values from the accounting system if allowed.
To access this tab
In Project Analyzer, click File and select System Configuration. On the System Configuration window, click the Team Roles tab.
Team Roles
Field | Description |
---|---|
Delete | Select the Delete check-box to delete the selected role from Project Analyzer. The role is deleted when changes are saved. |
Active | Sets the selected role as active. Active roles appear in the Team Role column on the Team tab. |
Discipline | The discipline for the team role. Select the appropriate discipline from the drop-down list. |
Name | Enter a name for the team role. This is the value that appears in the Team Role column on the Team tab in the project plan. |
Rate | The hourly labor rate for the team role. Team role rates are used to create role rate for the discipline when a generic named resource is selected. |
Currency | The currency type for the team role. Select the appropriate currency from the drop-down list. The Currency column only displays when a multi-currency database is in use. |
Order | Sets the display order for the roles in Project Analyzer on the Team tab. |
ID | The team role ID number. Generated by Project Analyzer. This column is hidden by default and can be added using the field chooser. |
