Ribbon Bar: Contract / Fees Tab

The Contract / Fees tab of the ribbon bar is only visible when the main Contract / Fees tab is active in Project Analyzer. It provides the user with additional tools for managing contract fees.


Some options available on the Contract/Fees tab vary depending on whether Active Projects or Active Opportunities are selected in the project list. If an option is only available for Active Projects or Active Opportunities, it is noted below.

Additional effort types (i.e., Active Marketing and Active Overhead) share the same options as Active Projects.


How to access this ribbon bar tab

On the Project Analyzer ribbon, click the Contract/Fees tab, then click the Contract/Fees tab.


Contract / Fees

Item Description
Show Expanded Detail Opens the Show Expanded Detail - Invoice Detail dialog box. It displays detailed records for invoices for the current project that have been sent to the client for payment including whether or not payment has been received and days aged. The information comes from the financial system and is read-only.
Budget Status

Indicates the current budget status (Open, Approved, Ready for Approval). The status is helpful for reporting purposes and to control if further edits can be made to the budget.

Budget Status is grayed out when working with an active opportunity.
