Change Billing Start / End Cut-off Dates

Perform the following steps to set the billing start and end cut-off dates for Project Analyzer.

1. If you are not already there, click the System Configuration General Settings tab.
2. In the section labeled Billing, click the drop-down list for the Billing Start Cut-off and/or the Billing End Cut-off and select the desired cut-off dates.
   
• The Start cut-off date indicates the date by which a phase of work must start in order to be billed in the same period.
• The End cut-off date indicates the date by which the phase of work must be completed to be billed in the prior period.
• The default date is set to the 15th of the month.
3. Click Save Changes.
