Change Notification Recipients
Project Analyzer provides email notifications to assist the administration of projects. Perform the following steps to change the email notification recipients.
- Click the System Configuration General Settings tab. The Notifications section, shown here, lists the available email notifications.
- Click the
button to the right of a notification to access the Select
Employees dialog box.
- In the Select Employees dialog box, shown here, fill in the check-boxes for the employee or employees who should receive the notification.
- Click OK
to return to the General Settings tab.
The email addresses for the selected employees appear in the notification
field.
The list of available employees is retrieved from the accounting system. Email addresses can also be entered manually. - Click Save Changes in the main toolbar to save the changes.
