Show Expanded Detail Overview
There are several versions of the Show Expanded Detail dialog box that appear throughout Project Analyzer. The information displayed depends on which tab the dialog box is accessed from.
Regardless of the fields displayed, all Show Expanded Detail dialog boxes share the following features:
- Display detailed information from the accounting system that serves as source data for the currently selected Project Analyzer tab.
- All data is read-only.
- All versions of the dialog box share the same toolbar.
How to access this dialog box
- Select the contextual section of the ribbon bar for the current tab, then click Show Expanded Detail.
- Right click in the tab's data grid and select Show Expanded Detail from the pop-up menu.
The Show Expanded Detail option is not available if the Expanded Detail right in the System Configuration Security tab is set to No Access.
Toolbar
The following buttons are available in all versions of the Show Expanded Detail dialog box.

| Refresh | Click to refresh the data in the grid with the most current data from the accounting system. |
| Send a Note | Opens an Outlook email message containing details for the currently selected row in the data grid. For additional information, refer to Send a Note. |
| Export | Exports the information in the data grid current view to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. |
| Font Size | Changes the font size used in the data grid. |
| Close | Closes the Show Expanded Detail dialog box. |
Show Expanded Detail Dialog Box Versions
The following table details which Project Analyzer tabs include the option to view expanded details. It also shows the version of the Show Expanded Detail dialog box that is associated with each tab. To view specific details on any dialog box version, click on its link in the table.
