Set Currency Equivalents

To set the currency equivalency values used in multi-currency Project Analyzer databases.

1. Click the Home tab in the ribbon bar.
2. Click Currency Calculator in the Other section to open the Currency Calculator dialog box, shown below:
   
3. Select the first currency you want to set an equivalent value for in the first currency type drop-down list. Enter the currency unit in the currency unit field to the left of the currency type.
   The list of available currency types is imported from the accounting system.
4. Select the second currency you want to set an equivalent value for in the second currency type drop-down list. An initial equivalent value appears in the currency unit field.
   To change the value, type the new value in the second currency unit field.
   The initial conversion rate is imported from the accounting system.
