Companies and Offices Tab
Use the Companies and Offices tab to set which companies and offices are visible in Newforma Project Analyzer.
The list of companies is pre-populated from the accounting system as is the list of offices.
The Companies and Offices tab is disabled when using a single company/office configuration with the accounting system and Project Analyzer.
The source of the companies and offices available on this tab is configured on the System Configuration tab of Newforma Project Analyzer Connection Manager.
Companies
Active
Mark the Active checkboxes to choose which companies are available in Project Analyzer.
Vision Org. Code
The org. code for the company in the accounting system. This field is read-only.
Company Name
The name of the company. Project managers can change company names as needed by modifying this value.
Any company name changes made here are for Project Analyzer only and do not affect the accounting system.
Notes
Enter any additional notes about the company as needed.
Offices
Active
Mark the Active checkboxes to choose which offices are available in Project Analyzer.
Vision Org. Code
The org. code for the office in the accounting system. This field is read-only.
Office Name
The name of the office. Project managers can change office names as needed by modifying this value.
Any office name changes made here are for Project Analyzer only and do not affect the accounting system.
Overhead Multiplier
The overhead multiplier value to apply to labor rates for project work assigned to the office. The project manager can enter a value for each office as needed.
If no value is set, the Default Ovhd Multiplier value set on the General Settings tab is used.
Budget Currency
The currency type used for the office. Project managers select the appropriate currency type from the drop-down list. The list of available currencies is imported from the accounting system.
This column only displays when a multi-currency database is in use.
City
The city in which the office is located.
State
The state in which the office is located.
Project Accountant
The accounting contact for the office. Select the employee from the drop-down list.
The Project Accountant contact receives email notifications related to accounting system issues from Project Analyzer.
Notes
Enter any additional notes about the office as needed.

To access this tab
Select System Configuration from the Project Analyzer Studio menu and click on the Companies and Offices tab.
