Management Views
Management Views enable a firm to build and deploy reports. They are the primary custom reporting mechanism within Project Analyzer.
Users must be granted Management Views permissions on the System Configuration Security tab to access Management Views.
Working with Existing Views
Simply select the desired view from the Available Views list on the left side of the window. The selected view is displayed in the detail window to the right. Refer to Working with the Data Entry Grid for more information on manipulating the data grid.

The list of standard reports is intended to serve as an example of what is possible. The report names and visibility may be different at each firm. Users should contact their system administrator if they wish to view a standard report that is not currently available.
Management views are activated on the Management Views tab of Newforma Project Analyzer Connection Manager.
Modifying Existing Views
Existing views can be modified to include different columns and/or more or less detailed data rows. See this topic Save a Management View Layout for more information. Summaries and formats can be modified as well.
Creating Custom Views
Management Views are typically edited and maintained by a system administrator using Newforma Project Analyzer Connection Manager.
Newforma Project Analyzer Connection Manager is not typically installed for users. If a user requires the ability to create or edit management views, they should contact their system administrator to discuss installation.
To access Management Views
click the ribbon bar Home tab, then click Management Views in the Reporting section of the ribbon bar.
