Default Opportunity Phases Tab

Use the Default OpportunityPhases tab to determine which phases are shown for Opportunities in Project Analyzer and to set default values. The source of the list is determined by the Company Vision OrgLevel/Office Vision OrgLevel selected in Newforma Project Analyzer Connection Manager.

Though the initial list of phases is pre-populated from your financial system database, you can add and remove items.
Active projects will differ as phases, disciplines, etc. need to map closely between Project Analyzer and your financial system.

Default Opportunity Phases

  • Delete – Mark the checkbox to delete the record upon the next save

  • Vision ID – Read-only value from your financial system.

  • Name – Allows each phase to be renamed for display in Project Analyzer.

  • Abbrev. – Enter an abbreviation for each phase (not currently used in Project Analyzer)

  • Fee Distribution – Enter a default fee distribution for opportunities

  • Default Duration – Enter the default duration of each phase for opportunities

  • Active – Mark the checkbox to identify the phases shown for opportunities
